US-Made Big-Frame Leeson motors run bottom, side and top cutters. Three 1.5” machined-steel feed rollers provide solid grip – final rubber roller leaves no-mar finish. Massive throat lets you handle workpieces up to 4” tall and 18” wide without removing side spindles. Synchronized ¾” ACME screws raise and lower 180 lb machined aluminum bed for rock solid work surface. Patent-pending index feature makes blade and work-piece alignment a snap, eliminating the need to run multiple test pieces. 5/16” thick pattern knives are twice as thick as the competition…made to safely handle all-day production in even the hardest woods.  And, even the widest patterns can be machined with a single knife — no need to “piece together” a wide profile as on competitive machines.
